Service-based purchases
Scriptdaddy provides professional digital services. Because time, technical work, and resources are committed once delivery begins, payments are non-refundable after the agreed service or deliverable has been provided.

Requests before delivery
If the paid service has not been delivered, you may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of payment. Submit the request in writing with the payment reference, service purchased, and reason for the request.

Review and eligibility
Each request is reviewed against the agreed scope, work completed, costs already incurred, and applicable law. Approval is not automatic. Scriptdaddy may approve a full refund, a partial refund reflecting work already performed, or decline a request that is not legitimate or legally required.

Completed work and third-party costs
No refund is available for completed milestones, delivered source code, consultations already provided, consumed subscription hours, hosting already provisioned, or non-recoverable third-party charges. This does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Non-recoverable bank or currency-conversion fees may be deducted where legally permitted.
