At Scriptdaddy, we strive to deliver high-quality services that meet our clients’ expectations. However, due to the nature of the digital service industry, our refund policy is defined as follows:
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the payment date.
Refunds are only considered if there is a valid reason related to service dissatisfaction or non-delivery.
Partial refunds may be issued if services like server setups were not fully delivered.
Refund requests after 10 days from the payment date will not be accepted.
2. Service-Based Refund Evaluation
If services have already been delivered, refunds may not be possible.
In cases where the service was provided but the client later disputes the work, Scriptdaddy will review the situation thoroughly.
Refunds are not applicable if the customer approved the work or used the service output.
