All services are provided under a project-based or retainer-based agreement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely approvals, and necessary access (e.g., hosting, CMS credentials). Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not Scriptdaddy’s responsibility.
3. Payments
All services must be paid as per the invoice terms. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom development, designs, and deliverables become the property of the client once the project is fully paid.
5. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party plugins, APIs, and software for certain projects. Scriptdaddy is not liable for any issues, breaches, or failures caused by these third-party services.
6. Modifications to Terms
Scriptdaddy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, and Spain, based on the client’s primary business location.
