1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the payment date.

  • Refunds are only considered if there is a valid reason related to service dissatisfaction or non-delivery.

  • Partial refunds may be issued if services like server setups were not fully delivered.

  • Refund requests after 10 days from the payment date will not be accepted.

2. Service-Based Refund Evaluation

  • If services have already been delivered, refunds may not be possible.

  • In cases where the service was provided but the client later disputes the work, Scriptdaddy will review the situation thoroughly.

  • Refunds are not applicable if the customer approved the work or used the service output.
